To defrost the Kismile D58200W 7.0-Cubic Feet Chest Freezer, please follow the steps below:
1. Unplug the freezer from the power source to ensure safety.
2. Remove all the food items from the freezer and transfer them to a temporary storage location.
3. Open the drain plug located at the bottom of the freezer to allow the melted ice to drain out. Place a shallow tray or container underneath to collect the water.
4. Leave the freezer door open to allow the ice to melt completely. You can place towels or absorbent materials around the freezer to catch any excess water.
5. Once all the ice has melted and the water has drained out, clean the interior of the freezer with a mild detergent and water solution. Use a soft cloth or sponge to wipe down the surfaces.
6. Dry the interior of the freezer thoroughly to prevent any moisture buildup.
7. Replace the drain plug and close the freezer door.
8. Plug the freezer back into the power source and wait for it to reach the desired temperature before returning the food items.
