To set the clock on the Polder 898 Digital Timer and Stopwatch, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the CLOCK button until the display disappears (approximately 3 seconds).
2. Press the 12hr=24hr button (located on the back of the unit) to switch between 12-hour and 24-hour settings. The display will show "AM" when in 12-hour mode.
3. Press the START/STOP button to switch between AM and PM.
4. Use the number keys "0" through "9" to enter the actual time. If the hour is between 1 and 9, enter "0" before selecting the hour. Press the CLEAR button if you make a mistake.
5. Set the seconds as well for the clock to function properly.
The clock on your Polder 898 Digital Timer and Stopwatch should now be set. Refer to the instruction manual for additional information and features of the product.
