To set the time controls on the LEAP PQ9907S Digital Chess Clock, please follow these step-by-step instructions:

1. Positive Timing:
- Turn on the clock by inserting the battery and switching the "ON/OFF" button to "ON".
- The screen will display "0:00 00", indicating positive timing.
- Adjust the "" rocker switch so that the side supposed to start corresponds to the upper side.

2. Countdown Timing - Same Time for Both Players:
