To set the countdown timer on the XREXS BCK33369 Digital Kitchen Timer, please follow these steps:
1. Hold down the "SET" button until the time unit you want to use starts showing on the screen. This will set the countdown timer.
2. You can change the time to any number you want by pressing the "UP" or "DOWN" buttons.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each time unit (minutes, hours, and seconds) until you get the countdown time you want.
4. To start or stop the counting, press the "START/STOP" button.
5. When the timer stops, press the "START/STOP" button to go to count-up mode.
6. If nothing is done for 10 minutes, the timer will turn off by itself. To wake it up, press any button.
