To set the time on the MASSII DC0803 Dementia Clock, please follow these steps:
1. Plug the power adapter into a wall source and connect the power line to the clock.
2. Once the clock is powered on, you will see the current time displayed on the screen.
3. To enter the settings menu, press the "Menu" button on the clock or use the remote control.
4. Navigate to the "Time" or "Clock" settings option using the arrow buttons on the clock or remote control.
5. Select the "Set Time" or similar option to enter the time-setting mode.
6. Use the arrow buttons to adjust the hours and minutes.
7. Press the "OK" or "Enter" button to confirm the time.
8. If applicable, select the AM/PM option or choose the 24-hour format.
9. Once the time is set, navigate to the "Save" or similar option and press the "OK" or "Enter" button to save the changes.
10. Exit the settings menu by pressing the "Menu" button or using the remote control.
