The 1-clicktech RT-AE07 Remote typically does not require pairing and should work out of the box with your Roku TV. However, if you are experiencing issues with the remote control, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check that the batteries in the remote control are still operational. If necessary, replace the batteries in the remote.
2. Ensure that the Roku TV is within range of the remote control and that there are no obstacles blocking the direct line of sight between the remote control and the TV.
3. Make sure that the remote control is pointed in the direction of the IR receiver on the Roku TV.
4. If you have multiple Roku devices in close proximity, ensure that the remote control is properly linked with the appropriate Roku TV. If not, try unpairing and then re-pairing the remote control.
5. If the remote control still does not work, you can try resetting it by removing the batteries, pushing and holding any button for ten seconds, and then replacing the batteries. If this does not work, you may need to replace the batteries.
If you have followed these troubleshooting steps and are still unable to pair the remote control with your Roku TV, please refer to the user manual for further assistance or contact the manufacturer's customer support for additional help.
