To set the alarm on the Sharp SPC270 Sound Machine Alarm Clock, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the clock is powered on and the current time is displayed.
2. Press the "Alarm Set" button on the top of the clock. The alarm time will start flashing on the display.
3. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the hour and minute for the alarm time. Press the "Alarm Set" button again to confirm the set time.
4. The alarm icon will appear on the display to indicate that the alarm is set.
5. To activate the alarm, make sure the switch on the side of the clock is set to the "Alarm" position.
6. When the set alarm time is reached, the alarm will sound. To turn off the alarm, press any button on the clock.
