To program the OMAIC 1312a Universal Replacement Samsung Remote Control to work with your Samsung TV, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your Samsung TV is turned on and within range of the remote control.
2. Locate the "Setup" or "Program" button on the OMAIC 1312a remote control. This button is usually located on the back or bottom of the remote.
3. Press and hold the "Setup" or "Program" button until the LED indicator on the remote control starts flashing.
4. While the LED indicator is flashing, enter the manufacturer's code for your Samsung TV using the number buttons on the remote control. You can find the manufacturer's code in the user manual or on the OMAIC website.
5. After entering the code, release the "Setup" or "Program" button. The LED indicator should stop flashing.
6. Test the remote control by pressing the power button. If the TV turns off, the programming was successful. If not, repeat steps 2-5 with a different manufacturer's code until you find the correct one.
Note: If you are unable to find the correct manufacturer's code for your Samsung TV, the OMAIC 1312a may have a "Auto Search" or "Code Search" function. Refer to the user manual for instructions on how to use this function.
