To program channels on the Uniden UM435 Radio Maritime ASN Submersible, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the radio by rotating the Power/Volume xxxx clockwise.
2. Press the MENU button to enter the menu mode.
3. Use the Channel Selector xxxx to navigate to the "Channel" option and press the MENU button to select it.
4. Use the Channel Selector xxxx to choose the desired channel number (1-25).
5. Press the MENU button to confirm the channel selection.
6. Use the Channel Selector xxxx to navigate to the "Frequency" option and press the MENU button to select it.
7. Use the Channel Selector xxxx to enter the desired frequency for the selected channel. Refer to the frequency chart in the owner's manual for the correct frequencies.
8. Press the MENU button to confirm the frequency setting.
9. Repeat steps 4-8 to program additional channels.
Note: The Uniden UM435 Radio Maritime ASN Submersible supports both U.S., Canadian, and International channels. Make sure to select the appropriate frequency based on your location and regulations.
