To load the ribbon, follow these steps:
1. Open the printer cover by pulling the release latch on the left side of the printer.
2. Place the ribbon roll onto the ribbon supply spindle, ensuring that the ribbon is unwinding from the bottom of the roll.
3. Thread the ribbon through the print head module and attach the ribbon leader onto the ribbon rewind spindle.
4. Close the printer cover.
To load the media, follow these steps:
1. Open the printer cover.
2. Adjust the media guide to match the width of the media you are using.
3. Place the roll of media onto the media supply spindle, ensuring that the media is unwinding from the bottom of the roll.
4. Thread the media through the print head module and the media guide.
5. Pull the media over the platen roller and close the printer cover.
