To set the time on the CIGERA HOTJ027 Wall Clock, please follow these steps:
1. Locate the small dial on the back of the clock near the center.
2. Gently pull the dial outwards to unlock it.
3. Rotate the dial clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the time to the desired hour.
4. Push the dial back inwards to lock it in place.
