To set the time on the JALL V18039 Digital Alarm Clock, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the "TIME" button on the back of the clock for 3 seconds to enter the Time Setting Menu.
2. Use the scroll wheel to select the correct "Year" value. Press the "TIME" button to confirm and move to the next setting.
3. Select the correct "Month" value and "Date" value. Press the "TIME" button to confirm and move to the next setting.
4. Use the scroll wheel to select the correct "Time" value. Press the "TIME" button to confirm and exit the Time Setting Menu.
Note: The clock operates on a 24-hour system by default. To switch to a 12-hour system, select "12-Hour" in the Normal Time or Military Time setting.
