To install the battery in the Targus AMP16US Wireless Presenter Laser Pointer, follow these steps:
1. If the presenter is turned on, slide the on/off switch located on the side of the presenter to the "off" position.
2. Locate the battery compartment on the presenter.
3. Insert the supplied AAA battery into the battery compartment, making sure the positive (+) and negative (-) ends of the battery match the polarity indicators inside the compartment.
4. Slide the battery cover back into position until it clicks firmly into place.
5. Turn on the presenter.
