To set the time and date on the American Lifetime DC-01 Digital Clock, please follow these steps:
1. Plug the clock into a power source using the wired electric charger.
2. Use the sliding menu on the clock's interface to navigate to the "Settings" option.
3. Select the "Time and Date" option from the settings menu.
