To connect the OXS S5 Soundbar to your TV, you have several options depending on the available connectivity options on your TV. Here are the steps for each connection method:
1. HDMI Connection:
- Locate the HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) port on your TV and the HDMI ARC port on the soundbar.
- Connect one end of an HDMI cable to the HDMI ARC port on your TV and the other end to the HDMI ARC port on the soundbar.
- Make sure your TV's HDMI-CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) feature is enabled to allow control of the soundbar with your TV remote.
2. Optical Connection:
- Locate the optical audio output port on your TV and the optical input port on the soundbar.
- Connect one end of an optical cable to the optical audio output port on your TV and the other end to the optical input port on the soundbar.
3. Auxiliary Connection:
- Locate the headphone jack or audio output port on your TV and the AUX input port on the soundbar.
- Connect one end of an AUX cable (3.5mm audio cable) to the headphone jack or audio output port on your TV and the other end to the AUX input port on the soundbar.
4. Bluetooth Connection:
- Enable Bluetooth on your TV and put the soundbar in pairing mode. Refer to the soundbar's user manual for instructions on how to enter pairing mode.
- On your TV, search for Bluetooth devices and select the OXS S5 Soundbar from the list of available devices.
