To fill the Performance Tool W10005 5-GALLON PORTABLE AIR TANK, follow these steps:
1. Find a clean, dry, compressed air source. Gas stations or truck stops usually provide ready compressed air sources.
2. Ensure that the air adjustment dial on the tank is in the OFF position.
3. Press the chuck from your compressed air source onto the fill stem of the tank.
4. Watch the needle on the pressure gauge as the tank fills.
5. Do not overfill the tank. Fill it until the pressure gauge reads between 85 and 125 PSI for your safety and the safety of others.
6. Clean air of the correct pressure is recommended for the proper functioning of this air tank.
7. Check the recommended maximum PSI for the items you intend to inflate or fill.
Please refer to the Performance Tool W10005 5-GALLON PORTABLE AIR TANK OWNER’S MANUAL for more detailed instructions and safety information.
