1. Preparing to Charge:

- Clean the battery terminals and add distilled water if needed, following the battery manufacturer's instructions.
- Determine the voltage of the battery and set the output voltage selector switch on the charger accordingly.

2. Charger Location:
- Place the charger as far away from the battery as the DC cables allow.

- Before connecting or disconnecting the DC output clips, make sure any charger switches are in the "off" position and the AC cord is unplugged.
