The wireless charger is compatible with most phone cases, but there are some scenarios where wireless charging may not work properly. If you are using a case with a magnetic/iron plate, a case with a pop socket, or an ultra-thick protective phone case (> 5 mm), you may experience issues with wireless charging. It is recommended to remove these types of cases before placing your device on the wireless charger to ensure optimal charging performance.
