To switch the depth readings from English to Metric on the Hawkeye DT1H Portable Depth Finder, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the unit by sliding the switch towards the battery compartment and releasing it.
2. Slide the switch towards the battery compartment and hold it for 5 seconds.
3. The current units of measure will blink on the display.
4. Release the switch.
5. Pull and release the switch to change between the settings (FT/F for feet or M/C for meters).
6. The unit will automatically exit the units of measure setting and return to the last mode (depth or temperature) if the switch is not moved for 10 seconds.
By following these steps, you can easily switch the depth readings on your Hawkeye DT1H Portable Depth Finder from English to Metric or vice versa.
