To pair your Garmin Forerunner 245 Music smartwatch with your smartphone, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
2. On your smartwatch, navigate to the watch face by pressing the top-right button.
3. Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the settings menu.
4. Tap on "Phone" to enter the phone settings.
5. Tap on "Pair Phone" to initiate the pairing process.
6. On your smartphone, open the Garmin Connect app.
7. Tap on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner of the app.
8. Select "Garmin Devices" from the menu.
9. Tap on "Add Device" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.
Once the pairing is successful, your Forerunner 245 Music smartwatch will be connected to your smartphone, allowing you to receive notifications, sync data, and access additional features through the Garmin Connect app.
