To connect the PROZOR DAC001 Digital to Analog Audio Converter to your audio devices, follow these steps:
1. Identify the digital audio source you want to connect to the converter, such as a TV, DVD player, or gaming console.
2. Check the available digital audio outputs on your source device. The PROZOR DAC001 supports both optical (Toslink) and coaxial digital inputs.
3. Choose the appropriate cable for your source device. If your source device has an optical output, use a Toslink cable. If it has a coaxial output, use a coaxial cable.
4. Connect one end of the chosen cable to the digital audio output on your source device.
5. Connect the other end of the cable to the corresponding input port on the PROZOR DAC001. The converter has one Toslink/SPDIF input and one coaxial input.
6. Once the digital audio source is connected to the converter, you can now connect your analog audio devices, such as amplifiers, headphones, or speakers.
7. For analog audio output, the PROZOR DAC001 provides two RCA (L/R) outputs and one 3.5mm phone jack output.
8. Connect the RCA cables or a 3.5mm audio cable from the converter's analog outputs to your analog audio devices.
9. Ensure that the power cable of the PROZOR DAC001 is connected to a 5V USB power source. A USB power cable is included in the package, but a power adapter is not included.
10. Once all connections are made, power on your audio devices and adjust the volume accordingly. The PROZOR DAC001 does not have built-in volume control, so you may need to adjust the volume through your connected audio device or amplifier.
