To set up your NETGEAR R6400 Alexa - AC1750 Smart WiFi Router, follow these steps:
1. Connect your modem to the Internet port on the router using an Ethernet cable.
2. Connect your computer to any of the LAN ports on the router using another Ethernet cable.
3. Power on your modem and wait for it to establish a connection.
4. Power on the router by plugging it into a power outlet.
5. Wait for the router's power LED to turn solid white.
6. On your computer, open a web browser and enter "www.routerlogin.net" or "www.routerlogin.com" in the address bar.
7. The router login page will appear. Enter the default username and password. The default username is "admin" and the default password is "password". Note that both the username and password are case-sensitive.
8. Click on the "Advanced" tab and then select "Setup Wizard".
9. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process. You will be prompted to enter a new password for your router and configure your wireless network settings.
10. Once the setup is complete, you can connect your devices to the wireless network using the SSID (network name) and password you configured during the setup.
