To set up your Arlo VMC2030-100NAS Essential Spotlight Camera, please follow the steps below:
1. Ensure that you have a stable Wi-Fi connection and a compatible mobile device.
2. Download and install the Arlo app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
3. Launch the Arlo app and create an Arlo account if you don't have one already.
4. Tap on the "+" icon in the top-right corner of the app's home screen to add a new device.
5. Select "Add Device" and choose "Arlo Essential Spotlight Camera" from the list of available devices.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your camera to the app.
7. Plug in the camera and wait for the LED on the front to blink amber.
8. Press the sync button on the camera until the LED blinks blue.
9. Once the camera is successfully synced, the LED will turn solid blue.
10. In the app, select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password to connect the camera to your network.
11. Wait for the camera to connect to your Wi-Fi network, which may take a few minutes.
12. Once connected, you can customize your camera settings, such as motion detection sensitivity and recording preferences, through the Arlo app.
