To set up the TP-Link RE350K (AC1200) range extender, you can follow these steps:
1. Place the range extender in a location where it can receive a strong Wi-Fi signal from your router.
2. Connect the range extender to a power outlet and wait for the power LED to turn solid green.
3. On your smartphone, download and install the TP-Link Tether app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
4. Open the TP-Link Tether app and tap on "Set Up a New Device."
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your smartphone to the range extender's Wi-Fi network.
6. Once connected, return to the TP-Link Tether app and select your home Wi-Fi network from the list.
7. Enter the password for your home Wi-Fi network and tap "Next" to continue.
8. Wait for the range extender to connect to your home Wi-Fi network. The LED indicators on the range extender will turn solid green when the connection is successful.
9. You can now move the range extender to a desired location within the range of your home Wi-Fi network.
