To change the password for your ASUS RT-AC3100 router, follow these steps:
1. Connect your PC to the router via WiFi or using an additional network cable.
2. Open a web browser and enter "http://router.asus.com" in the address bar. Press Enter.
3. You will be redirected to the ASUS Setup Wizard. If not, navigate to "http://router.asus.com".
4. Log in using the default username and password. The default username and password are both "admin".
5. Once logged in, go to the "Administration" tab.
6. Under the "Administration" tab, click on "System".
7. In the "System" settings, you will find the "Router Login Name" and "Password" fields.
8. Enter your desired new password in the "Password" field.
9. Click on "Apply" to save the changes.
10. After changing the password, it is recommended to reboot the router for the new settings to take effect.
