To set the alarm on the BT-83CR, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the clock radio is in alarm mode. Press the MODE button until the alarm icon appears on the display.
2. Press and hold the MODE button to enter the alarm setting mode. The hour digits will start flashing.
3. Use the "" or "" buttons to adjust the hour for the desired alarm time.
4. Press the MODE button again to move to the minute digits. Use the "" or "" buttons to adjust the minutes for the desired alarm time.
5. After confirming the alarm time, use the "" or "" buttons to select "ON" or "OFF" for the alarm. An alarm icon will appear in the bottom row to indicate that the alarm is set.
6. To choose the alarm type, if the alarm is set to ON, use the "" or "" buttons to select "RA/FM radio" or "bb/Birds chirping." The default alarm type is birds chirping.
7. Once you have set the alarm time and chosen the alarm type, the alarm will be ready to wake you up at the specified time.
