To connect the Barcus Berry 3000AE Piezo Buffer Preamp with EQ to your instrument and amplifier, follow these steps:
1. Input Connection: Connect the "Input" connector on the preamp to the output of the piezo pickup on your instrument. Use a high-quality instrument cable to ensure a clear signal without background noise.
2. Output Connection: Connect the "Output" jack of the preamp to the input of your amplifier, public address system, mixing console, or recording interface. Again, use a high-quality cable to maintain signal integrity.
3. Power Source: Depending on the model, the preamp can be powered by a 9V battery or an external power supply. Make sure to use the appropriate power source as recommended by the manufacturer.
