To connect the Tripp Lite U444-06N-DVIBAM USB-C to DVI Adapter to your device, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your device has a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port that supports USB DisplayPort Alternate Mode.
2. Locate the USB-C port on your device and the DVI port on your display.
3. Connect the reversible USB-C plug of the adapter to your device's USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port. The plug can be inserted in either direction.
4. Connect a DVI cable (sold separately) from the DVI port on the adapter to the DVI input on your display.
5. Ensure that the connections are secure.
6. Power on your device and the display.
7. The adapter should automatically detect and transmit the video signal to the DVI display.
Note: The Tripp Lite U444-06N-DVIBAM USB-C to DVI Adapter is plug-and-play, meaning it usually does not require any additional drivers or software installation.
