To connect your video sources to the Aten VS201 2-Port Video Auto Switch, you will need VGA cables. Here are the steps to connect your devices:
1. Identify the video input ports on the Aten VS201 switch. They are typically labeled "Video In" and have HDB-15 Male connectors (blue).
2. Take one end of a VGA cable and plug it into the video output port of your computer. Repeat this step for your DVD player, plugging the VGA cable into its video output port.
3. Connect the other end of the VGA cables to the video input ports on the Aten VS201 switch. Make sure to match the colors (blue) and securely tighten the connectors.
4. Identify the video output port on the Aten VS201 switch. It is typically labeled "Video Out" and has an HDB-15 Female connector (blue).
