To program the GE 46195 Universal Remote to control your devices, follow these steps:
1. Locate the remote codes for the devices you want to control. These codes can usually be found in the user manual or on the manufacturer's website.
2. Press and hold the "Setup" button on the remote until the red indicator light turns on.
3. Release the "Setup" button.
