To connect the GVE440 Extender, please follow these steps:
1. Connect the DisplayPort output from your source device (e.g., computer) to the sender unit of the extender using a DisplayPort cable. The DisplayPort Input Port on the sender unit is labeled as "B" in the diagram.
2. Use an Ethernet cable (Cat5e or Cat6) to connect one end to the HDBaseT output port on the sender unit. Then, connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to the HDBaseT input port on the receiver unit. The HDBaseT Input Port on the receiver unit is labeled as "H" in the diagram.
3. Connect the DisplayPort Output Port on the receiver unit (labeled as "M" in the diagram) to your display (e.g., monitor or TV) using a DisplayPort cable.
4. Plug the power adapter cable into the power jack on both the sender and receiver units. Ensure that both units are powered on.
Once you have completed these steps, the GVE440 Extender should be successfully connected and ready to transmit the DisplayPort signal from your source device to the display.
