To change the battery in the Milky House VC830L Digital Multimeter, follow these steps:
1. Open the lid of the battery box located on the back of the multimeter.
2. Take out the old 9V battery, if present.
3. Insert a new 9V battery into the battery compartment, making sure to match the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals correctly.
4. Close the lid of the battery box securely.
