To change the batteries in your JOYBOS XCF21 Automatic Garbage Trash Can, please follow these steps:
1. Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the lid.
2. Use a screwdriver or coin to open the battery compartment cover.
3. Remove the old batteries from the compartment, making sure to note their polarity.
4. Insert four new AA batteries into the compartment, aligning them according to the polarity markings.
5. Close the battery compartment cover securely.
6. Test the trash can by waving your hand or an object over the sensor area to see if the lid opens smoothly.
