To measure DC voltage with the Hioki 3244-60 Digital Multimeter, follow these steps:
1. Set the function switch to "V" (DC voltage).
2. Connect the red test lead to the positive terminal of the voltage source and the black test lead to the negative terminal.
3. Read the displayed value on the LCD screen.
Make sure to observe the safety precautions mentioned in the instruction manual, such as verifying the appropriate setting of the function selector before connecting the test leads and avoiding shorting live lines with the test leads.
