To change the measurement range on the Etekcity MSR-A2000 Digital Multimeter, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the multimeter by pressing the power button.
2. Select the desired measurement function using the rotary dial. For voltage measurement, choose the "V" or "V~" setting for AC voltage.
3. Look at the display screen to see the current measurement range. If the range is not suitable for your measurement, you can manually adjust it.
4. Press the range button (labeled "RANGE") to cycle through the available measurement ranges. Each press of the range button will change the range to the next available option.
5. Keep pressing the range button until you find the appropriate range for your measurement. The multimeter will automatically adjust the range to the nearest suitable value.
6. Once you have selected the desired range, connect the multimeter probes to the circuit or component you want to measure.
7. Read the measurement value on the display screen. Ensure that the measurement is within the range of the selected function and range.
