To connect the DIGITNOW V308 HDMI Video Capture Card to your computer, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your computer is turned on and running.
2. Locate the HDMI input port on the capture card. It is usually labeled as "HDMI In" or "Input".
3. Connect one end of an HDMI cable to the HDMI output port of your video source, such as a game console or camera.
4. Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI input port of the capture card.
5. Locate the USB output port on the capture card. It is usually labeled as "USB Out" or "Output".
6. Connect one end of a USB cable to the USB output port of the capture card.
7. Connect the other end of the USB cable to an available USB port on your computer.
8. Once the capture card is connected, your computer should recognize it as a new device.
9. Install any necessary drivers or software that may be required for the capture card to function properly. Refer to the user guide for instructions on driver installation.
10. Once the drivers are installed, you can use video editing software or streaming platforms to capture, record, or stream video and audio from your HDMI source.
