To pair the Donerton Q20 headphones with your smartphone or tablet, please follow these steps:
1. Turn on the headphones by taking them out of the charging box or pressing and holding the multifunction button for 2 seconds. The headphones will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by the red and blue flashing lights.
2. On your smartphone or tablet, go to the settings and turn on Bluetooth.
3. In the Bluetooth settings, search for available devices. You should see "Power Q20 Pro" in the list of available devices.
4. Select "Power Q20 Pro" to connect to the headphones. Once connected, you will hear a prompt tone or see a notification on your device confirming the successful pairing.
5. You can now play music or make calls using the Donerton Q20 headphones.
If you encounter any issues during the pairing process, make sure that the headphones are in pairing mode (flashing red and blue lights) and that your device is within the Bluetooth communication distance of 10 meters. Additionally, ensure that no other devices are already connected to the headphones and try resetting both the headphones and your device if necessary.
