To connect your phone to the LENCENT BT23 Wireless Car FM Transmitter, please follow these steps:
1. Plug the FM transmitter into your car's cigarette lighter socket.
2. Turn on your car radio and tune it to an empty FM frequency. Make sure there is no existing radio station broadcasting on that frequency.
3. Open the Bluetooth settings on your phone.
4. Search for available devices. The LENCENT BT23 should appear in the list of available devices.
5. Select the LENCENT BT23 from the list and pair it with your phone. You may be prompted to enter a password, in which case, enter "0000".
6. Once connected, you can play audio from your phone, and it will be transmitted to your car stereo through the FM transmitter.
