To adjust the height of the Medcursor Shiatsu Foot Massager, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the foot massager is disconnected from the main outlet before adjusting the height.
2. Locate the two brackets on the massager that are used for height adjustment.
3. Pull out the two brackets from the groove to extend the height of the massager.
4. Once you have adjusted the height to your desired level, push the brackets back into the groove to secure them in place.
5. Ensure that the massager is stable and securely adjusted before using it.
Please note that the feet of the massager are not adjustable, only the height can be adjusted. It is important to disconnect the massager from the power source before making any adjustments.
