To connect the Cable Matters 113046 HDMI to VGA Adapter to your computer, please follow these steps:
1. Connect the adapter to the HDMI port of your computer or other HDMI source.
2. Connect a VGA cable (sold separately) from the adapter to the VGA input of your display.
3. On the connected display, select the VGA input setting from the menu.
4. Adjust the video resolution and refresh rate of your computer to match the requirements of the HDMI source and the display. You can do this from the computer's video settings.
5. If you encounter a weak signal or no picture, try the following troubleshooting steps:
a. Power down all equipment.
b. Connect a Micro-USB cable from the adapter power port to a power source.
c. Connect the adapter to the HDMI source.
