To check and maintain the oil level in the ZENY Rotary Vane Economy Vacuum Pump, follow these steps:
1. Locate the oil sight glass on the pump. The oil sight glass is used to monitor the oil levels.
2. Ensure that the pump is turned off and unplugged from the power source before checking the oil level.
3. Clean the area around the oil sight glass to ensure clear visibility.
4. Look through the oil sight glass to check the oil level. The oil level should be between the minimum and maximum marks indicated on the sight glass.
5. If the oil level is below the minimum mark, you will need to add oil. Use the provided vacuum oil bottle included with the pump.
6. Unscrew the oil fill cap located on the top of the pump.
7. Slowly pour the vacuum oil into the oil fill port until the oil level reaches the desired level between the minimum and maximum marks.
8. xxxx the oil fill cap back on securely.
9. Wipe off any spilled oil and ensure that the oil fill cap is tightly closed.
10. Regularly check the oil level and maintain it within the recommended range to ensure proper functioning of the vacuum pump.
