To set up the it.innovative technology ITVS-650 Turntable Vintage, follow these steps:
1. Remove any packaging materials from the unit.
2. Connect the AC power cord to a wall outlet.
3. Push the POWER button to turn the unit on.
4. Select the source by rotating the FUNCTION xxxx to the corresponding position (CD / PHONO / FM / AM).
5. Rotate the VOLUME xxxx to adjust to the desired sound level.
If you want to listen through headphones, first reduce the volume level to minimum. Then, insert your headphones' plug into the 3.5mm headphone jack on the front of the unit and adjust the volume up by turning the VOLUME xxxx .
To listen to a vinyl record, follow these additional steps:
1. Rotate the FUNCTION xxxx to the "PHONO" position.
2. Gently open the top cover.
3. Place a vinyl record on the turntable. Use the included 45 RPM adapter if playing a 45 RPM record.
4. Select the appropriate speed (33 1/3, 45, or 78 RPM) using the Speed Selector.
5. Gently push the tone arm clip to the right to release the tone arm.
6. Lift the tone arm off the tone arm support and move it gently to the edge of the record or the starting point of a track.
7. Gently lower the tone arm onto the record to start playback.
8. When playback is finished, the tone arm will stop at the center of the record and the turntable will stop.
9. After use, lift the tone arm back to the tone arm support and relock the tone arm.
Remember to close the top cover to prevent dust from settling on the turntable and always relock the tone arm clip before transporting the unit.
