To change the temperature unit on the CEM DT-8806H forehead thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the "MODE" button for 2 seconds until the screen displays "Fl".
2. Use the "UP" button to select degrees Fahrenheit (°F) or the "DOWN" button to select degrees Celsius (°C).
3. Once you have selected the desired temperature unit, release the button.
The thermometer will now display temperature readings in the selected unit.
