To connect the AKASO V50 Pro Native V50-Pro Wi-Fi Action Camera to your smartphone, follow these steps:
1. Download the AKASO DV app: Go to the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices) and search for "AKASO DV." Download and install the app on your smartphone.
2. Enable Wi-Fi on the camera: Press the Power/Mode button on the camera to turn it on. Once the camera is powered on, swipe down from the top of the screen or tap the shortcut key to access the menu. Tap the Wi-Fi icon to turn on Wi-Fi.
3. Connect your smartphone to the camera's Wi-Fi network: On your smartphone, go to the Wi-Fi settings and search for available networks. Look for the Wi-Fi network named "V50 Pro" and select it. Enter the password shown on the camera's screen when prompted.
4. Open the AKASO DV app: Launch the AKASO DV app on your smartphone.
5. Add the camera to the app: Tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner of the app. Select "V50 Pro" from the list of available devices. The app will attempt to connect to the camera.
6. Live preview and control: Once the camera is successfully connected to the app, you will be able to see a live preview of what the camera is capturing on your smartphone screen. You can use the app to remotely control the camera's settings, start/stop video recording, and capture photos.
7. Transfer photos and videos: Within the AKASO DV app, you can browse through the camera's media files and select the ones you want to transfer to your smartphone. Tap the "Download" or "Save" option to transfer the selected files wirelessly to your smartphone's gallery.
Note: Make sure both the camera and smartphone are within range of each other for a stable Wi-Fi connection. Also, ensure that you have the latest version of the AKASO DV app installed on your smartphone for optimal compatibility and performance.
