To set up the FITINDEX FT-26BB-B scale with the FITINDEX app, please follow these steps:
1. Download the "FITINDEX" app from the App Store or Google Play Store and install it on your smartphone or tablet.
2. Open the app and create an account by providing the required information.
3. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
4. Insert the included batteries into the scale. Please note that the included batteries are trial versions and should be replaced within 2 months to avoid leakage and damage to the scale.
5. Place the scale on a hard and flat surface.
6. Open the FITINDEX app and tap the [+] button to access the device management screen.
7. On the device management screen, tap "Paring Your Devices" and select the icon of the scale.
8. Step on the scale to make the display light up and remain standing on the scale for 5-10 seconds to establish the connection between the scale and the app.
9. Once the connection is established, your weight data will be displayed in the app.
10. You can now start using the scale with the FITINDEX app to track your weight and access additional features.
Note: If your data doesn't sync, you can try deleting the connected device in the app's device management screen and follow the above steps to connect again. Restarting your phone may also help resolve any syncing issues.
