To set the time and date on the Emerson ER100113 Smartset Clock Radio, follow these steps:
1. Plug in the clock radio and wait for the Smartset technology to automatically set the time and date. This should happen when you plug in the clock radio for the first time.
2. If the time and date are not set automatically, you can manually set them by pressing and holding the "Time/Date" button on the clock radio until the display starts flashing.
3. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the hour, minute, month, and day. Press the "Time/Date" button again to confirm each setting and move to the next one.
4. Once you have set the time and date, the clock radio will display the current time and date.
