To preheat the Cuisinart TOA-65 AirFryer Toaster Oven, follow these steps:
1. Plug in the oven and ensure it is connected to a power source.
2. Open the oven door and remove any accessories or racks from inside.
3. Close the oven door and turn the Function dial to the desired cooking function (e.g., AirFry, Bake, Broil, etc.).
