To charge your PS5 controllers using the NexiGo PS5 Charging Dock, please follow these steps:
1. Connect the power supply: The power interface is located on the back of the charger. Use a USB-A to USB-C charging cable to connect the charger to a 5V/2A power source. You can either use a power adapter or connect it to the USB port in front of the PS5 console for faster charging.
2. Insert the controllers: After connecting the power supply, the blue atmosphere light on the charging dock will turn on. Insert the PS5 controllers into the two transparent charging slots. Make sure to place the controllers horizontally and insert them in the middle of the charging slots.
3. Align the type-C interfaces: The type-C input interface in the middle of the controller must be aligned with the type-C output interface of the charging dock. Ensure a proper alignment and insert the controllers securely into the charging slots.
4. Charging status: The charging dock will provide stable voltage for charging. The controllers will start charging once inserted correctly. Please note that if the controller's battery power is above 80%, it will not charge if you remove and reinsert it. The dock will continue charging only when the battery power drops below 80%.
5. Charging indicator: The blue atmosphere light on the charging dock will remain on during the charging process, indicating that the controllers are being charged.
It is important to use a 5V/2A power source or connect the charging dock to the USB port in front of the PS5 console to ensure fast charging. Additionally, please make sure to place the charging dock in a dust-free and dry environment, and avoid using it in a humid environment.
