To thread the Brother XR3774 Sewing and Quilting Machine, follow these steps:
1. Lower Threading:
- Be sure to use the correct bobbin.
- Pull up the spool pin completely.
- Pull the thread completely.
- Align the notch to the spring on the shaft.
- Hold the end of the thread.
- Gently press down.
- Wind the thread a few times around the bobbin.
- When the bobbin is full, the bobbin will spin slowly.
- Push the bobbin down.
- Put the projection into the groove.
2. Upper Threading:
- Pull up the spool pin completely.
- Make sure that the spring in the groove catches the thread.
- Guide the thread from right to left.
- Holding the thread, pass the thread under the hook that has passed through the eye of the needle.
- Pull the lever down completely.
- Pull thread loop to finish the threading process.
- Pass the thread under the hook that has passed through the eye of the needle.
- Pull thread loop to finish the threading process.
