To turn on/off the OCOOPA OC-H01 Hand Warmer, follow these steps:
1. Locate the power button on the hand warmer. It is usually located on the front or side of the device.
2. Press and hold the power button for a few seconds until the indicator light turns on/off.
3. When the indicator light turns on, it means the hand warmer is turned on and ready to use. When the indicator light turns off, it means the hand warmer is turned off.
